Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentOS and related services provided by ReEnvision AI ("ReEnvision AI," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using AgentOS, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use AgentOS.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the service, whichever is higher, to use AgentOS.

You may not use AgentOS if:

• your use would violate any applicable law or regulation
• you are barred from using the service under applicable law
• you are located in, accessing the service from, or using the service in a region where age verification is legally required for this type of software or service

Use of AgentOS in any region that requires age verification for access to the service is strictly prohibited.

2. Use of the Service

Subject to these Terms, ReEnvision AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AgentOS for lawful business or personal use, as applicable.

You agree to use AgentOS only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account or sign in through a third-party provider such as Google to use certain features of AgentOS.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• all activities that occur under your account
• providing accurate and current account information

You must notify us promptly at admin@reenvision.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use AgentOS for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of AgentOS except as permitted by law
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, underlying models, or proprietary components except where prohibited by law from restricting that right
• use AgentOS to violate the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights
• upload, transmit, or submit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• use the service in any jurisdiction or region where such use would trigger legal age-verification requirements or otherwise violate local law

5. User Content

You may provide inputs, prompts, files, data, or other content through AgentOS ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant ReEnvision AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve AgentOS, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

6. AI-Generated Content

AgentOS may generate outputs based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any output before relying on it.

ReEnvision AI does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, lawful, or fit for any particular purpose. You should not rely on outputs as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, compliance, or other high-stakes contexts.

7. Privacy

Your use of AgentOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

AgentOS may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including authentication providers such as Google. Your use of those third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

ReEnvision AI is not responsible for third-party services or content.

9. Intellectual Property

AgentOS, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to ReEnvision AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not use ReEnvision AI's or AgentOS's names, logos, branding, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AgentOS at any time, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms
• we are required to do so by law
• your use creates risk, harm, or liability for ReEnvision AI, other users, or third parties
• you use the service in a prohibited jurisdiction or region, including one that requires age verification for lawful access

You may stop using AgentOS at any time.

11. Disclaimers

AGENT OS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REENVISION AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AGENT OS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REENVISION AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE AGENT OS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF REENVISION AI FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR AGENT OS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REENVISION AI FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReEnvision AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of AgentOS
• your User Content
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of AgentOS at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of AgentOS after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or AgentOS will be resolved exclusively in the applicable courts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
