John Villwock
CEO & Co-Founder
Seasoned executive and product leader with a history of building 0-1 large-scale initiatives at Google AI and Meta, and scaling the IBM Watson Cloud portfolio. Has worked with startups including two successful exits. Work spans generative AI agents, AI/ML-based integrity systems, industry solutions, and AI/ML platforms used by millions. M.S. from Cornell Tech (Cornell University), B.S. in Computer Science from University of Wisconsin.
Brad Jones
CTO & Co-Founder
Dynamic AI/ML engineering leader with 20+ years of technical leadership, specializing in designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable distributed systems, APIs, and user-facing applications. Has led teams at Google, Meta, Amazon, and Netflix to deliver production ML platforms and data-driven products at global scale. B.S. in Computer Science from Cal Poly.
Aubra Taylor, PhD
COO & Co-Founder
Industrial-organizational psychologist focused on safe, effective worker-AI collaboration. Brings 17+ years of counseling, coaching, and org consulting to designing human-centered AI systems that boost performance and well-being. BA in Psychology, MA in Counseling Psychology (City University of Seattle), PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (Adler University).
Nick Kypreos, PhD
Chief Scientist & Co-Founder
AI scientist and researcher who builds and ships large-scale AI/ML solutions. Previously led work at Meta, AWS, Apple, and CERN. PhD in High Energy Particle Physics (University of Florida), B.S. in Physics & Mathematics (University of North Florida).
